Timeline: within 48 hrs
I’ll slide into your inbox (or texts, or give you a call!) to say hello, explain my process, and ask a few more questions. This is where I really get to know you and what makes a perfect trip in your eyes.
3. The Blueprint
Timeline: typically 4-7 days, but varies depending on trip complexity.
The fun part! I’ll send over a custom proposal with hotel options, flight quotes, rental car info, and fun activity ideas. We’ll tweak this draft together - with as much back-and-forth as you need - until it’s perfect.
4. The Green-light
Timeline: 2-5 days
You give the green light, and I get to work! You’ll securely share your info, and I handle all the bookings. You don’t have to lift a finger. I’ll send every confirmation to you in one organized, easy-to-read spot.
5. The Final Polish
Timeline: 1-2 weeks before departure
My work isn't done! I double-confirm all your reservations and send you a final packet with everything you need to know -from airport info to what kind of plug adapters to pack.
